Payment Options:

  - We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal. This provides security for both buyer and seller.
You do not have to be a PayPal member or account holder to make a payment through this service.
Payments are due within 24 hours of the sale or your order is subject to cancellation.
We also accept EMT (Email Money Transfer) payments can be sent to soaps @ puresoaps .ca, please let us know in advance that payment
will be made in this way

Where Do We Ship Our Orders?

- We currently ship across Canada.   We will fill and ship our orders within a 1-2 business days time period, after payment has been received. 
Generally items are shipped via Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided and updated through PayPal

Insurance is provided on a request basis only. If you would like insurance please indicate so in the "notes to seller" when you make your purchase or payment.
An additional charge will be applied to your order.

International Orders / Orders Outside Canada:

   - We currently ship orders only within Canada. 

Returns:

   - As per the nature of the items. There is no refunds on purchases. Exchanges may be made, granted that the product has not been used,
and is still in its original sealed packaging.

*Shipping charges for returns are at the expense of the buyer.  *Shipping charges are on purchases shipped non-refundable.
